Recognition for the management role you already do. From Site Supervision at Level 3 through to Senior Management at Level 7, evidenced around your real day-to-day work. Personal guidance from Sonia, with the NVQ that leads to your Gold or Black CSCS card.
A construction management NVQ is the formal recognition for the supervisory or management role you're already performing.
NVQs are competence-based, meaning everything is evidenced through real work rather than textbooks or full-time courses. That makes them uniquely well-suited to working managers: the qualification recognises what you're already doing day-to-day, captured through site documents, project photos, witness statements from your team, and the meetings you'd be having anyway.
Levels 3 through 7 cover the full management progression. Site Supervision at Level 3 for foremen and team leaders. Site Management, Construction Management, Contracts Management and Construction Health & Safety at Level 6 for established managers. Senior Management at Level 7 for directors and senior leadership. Each level maps directly to your CSCS card — Gold for supervision at L3, Black for the L6 and L7 management qualifications.
SAR Consulting handles the NVQ qualification, personally. Initial conversation to map the right level, assessment plan, evidence gathering, and certification. One consultant, one structured pathway, around your real working life. The CSCS card application itself happens separately, directly between you and CSCS.
